†††† (Kříže) září jasně: "Permanent. Radiant" je název prvního nového EP po deseti letech, které dnes vydává dvojice zpěváka Deftones China Morena a producenta / multiinstrumentalisty Shauna Lopeze. Vydání doprovází nový strhující videoklip ke skladbě "Holier".
EP začíná skladbou "Sensation", nervy drásajícím trackem, v němž Chino Moreno pokládá svůj uhrančivý, nádherný vokál na neklidně se škubající elektro impulsy, táhlou basu a mohutné basové kytary. S předstihem vyšel také spalující žhavý track "Vivien". Dalším vrcholem kolekce je "Day One", v níž kapela šplhá k novým výšinám díky meandrujícím zvukovým krajinám, strhující produkci a skvělému feel-good groovu.
Na jaře se duo vrátilo s první původní tvorbou od roku 2014 a vydalo dvě intenzivní hymny "Initiation" a "Protection". Ohlas na comeback byl skvělý, jak informovaly časopisy Pitchfork, Kerrang!, FLOOD, Revolver, PASTE a mnoho dalších, a jejich hudba se hrála na nejvýznamnější britské rozhlasové stanici BBC Radio 1. S deskou "Permanent. Radiant" nyní Moreno a Lopez vydali silnou směs svůdných melodií, podmanivých beatů a fascinujících videoklipů a opět dokázali, že jsou mistry zvuku a umění, které se neustále vyvíjí.
