With his 39 bassoon concertos, the versatile Antonio Vivaldi made the most significant contribution to Baroque bassoon literature, both in terms of number and quality. This recording with Japanese baroque bassoonist Mihu Fukui and her Ensemble F highlights the qualities of the works, but above all the versatility of the baroque bassoon.
