The sensational event brought together an unprecedented list of artists including Johnny and June Carter Cash, Lou Reed, Johnny Winter, Roger McGuinn, Tom Petty, Stevie Wonder, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, Neil Young, Eric Clapton, Ron Wood, Eddie Vedder, Sinéad O'Connor, Tracy Chapman, George Harrison and many more. A very special feature of this great 2-CD audio edition are two previously unreleased soundcheck recordings: Sinéad O'Connor with "I Believe In You" and Eric Clapton with "Don't Think Twice, It's Alright". This historic musical event is available in three different formats, on double CD, double DVD and Blu-ray Disc. Thanks to the new HD master with remastered sound, the concert can also be released on DVD and Blu-ray for the first time. Jednorázový koncert se uskutečnil v roce 1992 v Madison Square Garden v New Yorku.
Sedm písní z koncertu bohužel nemohlo být na toto vydání zařazeno. Důvody byly různé, například nespokojenost umělce s jeho vystoupením, smluvní spory nebo "technické potíže".

Tato historická hudební událost je k dispozici ve třech různých formátech, a to jako dvojité CD, dvojité DVD a Blu-ray disk.
Díky novému HD video masteru s remasterovaným zvukem je možné koncert poprvé vydat také na DVD a Blu-ray disku. Ty nabízejí 40 minut dosud nezveřejněného materiálu včetně záběrů ze zkoušek, rozhovorů a dalších materiálů.
