Nejoriginálnější forma: "Awake Demos " Poté, co Dream Theater v lednu pokračovali v nové archivní sérii "Lost Not Forgotten Archives" vydáním "The Majesty Demos (1985/1986)", nenechají na sebe ikony progresivního metalu dlouho čekat s další raritou: "Lost Not Forgotten Archives: Awake Demos (1994)" je sedmým dílem série.

Dream Theater zahájili tuto sérii již v červnu 2021, kdy s podporou labelu Inside Out znovu vydali několik alb z dlouholetého katalogu YtseJam. Sběratelskou edici doplní několik novinek.

Vydavatelství YtseJam Records, založené v té době Mikem Portnoyem, již bylo vydavatelem oficiální bootlegové kolekce Dream Theater, která obsahuje živá vystoupení, dema a studiové výstupy z celé kariéry kapely. V rámci projektu "Lost Not Forgotten Archives" bude celá kolekce znovu vydána na CD a poprvé i na vinylu se zcela novým obalem a balením.

Po koncertních záznamech "Images And Words - Live In Japan, 2017" a "A Dramatic Tour Of Events - Select Board Mixes", instrumentální demo kolekci "Train Of Thought Instrumental Demos", koncertní poctě Metallice "Master Of Puppets - Live in Barcelona, 2002", živém albu "Lost Not Forgotten Archives: Nyní přichází "Lost Not Forgotten Archives: The Majesty Demos (1985/1986)" a kolekce demosnímků "Lost Not Forgotten Archives: Awake Demos (1994 )".

Kolekce je věnována jedné z nejikoničtějších položek v diskografii Dream Theater v její původní podobě. "Awake" je třetím studiovým albem skupiny. Tato nová originální demo nahrávka s oblíbenými skladbami fanoušků, jako jsou "6:00", "Space-Dye Vest" a "The Mirror", nabízí jedinečný pohled do historie LPho alba i kapely samotné. Demosnímky "Awake Demos (1994)" byly pro toto vydání zremixovány a remasterovány a jsou poprvé k dispozici na vinylu.
