A very special reissue of "Listen Without Prejudice Vol. 1", George Michael's legendary second album, which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. Just a short time later, on December 25, 2016, the legendary pop singer passed away. In 2017, a completely remastered version of the LP, "Listen Without Prejudice 25," will be released as an LP, a double-CD and a three-CD set and DVD. "Listen Without Prejudice" is the follow-up to Michael's successful debut "Faith". It was originally released on September 3, 1990 and reached number one in the UK and number two in the US. In Germany, it climbed to number seven. Among the best known songs on the album are "Praying For Time", "Waiting For That Day", "Freedom! '90" and "Mother's Pride". Another highlight is a cover version of Stevie Wonder's classic "They Won't Go When I Go". In addition to the remastered album, the double-CD box set includes a three-CD and DVD remastered recording of Michael's MTV Unplugged concert at Three Mills Island Studios on October 11, 1996, where the singer performed some of his biggest solo hits from his albums "Faith" and "Listen Without Prejudice Vol. 1" as well as songs from his band Wham! The third CD of the box set also includes rare b-sides, mixes and live versions. The bonus DVD features various promotional videos as well as special footage from the 1990 British TV show "The Southbank Show". This deluxe box set is complemented by a 36-page booklet with notes, photos and memories from George Michael's personal archive. George Michael fans take note: Listen Without Prejudice 25" is a completely remastered and expanded reissue of the pop legend's second album.
