Toto album, druhé v pořadí, jen potvrzuje, jaká je škoda, že tato kapela zemřela předčasně nedlouho po svém vydání.
"Victims Of Deception" se vyznačuje mohutnou, čistou a profesionálně znějící produkcí a je kvalitním, téměř 65 minut dlouhým thrashmetalovým albem s deseti skladbami. Kytarová práce Lee Altuse a Douga Piercyho je velkolepá, s opravdu těžkými riffy ve středním až rychlém tempu, působivě virtuózními kytarovými sóly a opravdu silným, melodickým vokálem Davida Whitea.
Pro ty, kteří si myslí, že tato kapela je generická thrashová kapela, je na albu skvělá balada "Prisoner Of Fate" a také výborná kytarová instrumentálka "Guitarmony". Celkově se jedná o velmi silné album od neprávem neznámé a nedoceněné metalové kapely.
