Issues is the fourth studio album by American nu metal band Korn , released on November 16, 1999. It is the band's first album to feature guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer, drummer Ray Luzier and bassist Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu, who replaced original members Brian "Head" Welch and David Silverio. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 543,000 copies in its first week. It was certified platinum three times by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for shipments of three million copies in the United States. The album Issues spawned six singles, "Falling Away from Me", "Make Me Bad", "Somebody Someone", "Kiss", "Faget" and "Wake Up". "Falling Away from Me" was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 2000. The album Issues is described as Korn's heaviest and most aggressive album . The album's title track was featured in the 2000 film Freddy vs. Jason. In a 2009 interview, Jonathan Davis stated that Issues is his favorite Korn album .
