Se skladbami "Meeting of the Spirits" nebo "Dance of the Maya", "Birds of Fire", "One Word" nebo "Sanctuary", "The Inner Mountain Flame" a "Birds of Fire" obsahuje kompozice, které ve své vzrušivosti nebyly nikdy překonány.
Johnu McLaughlinovi, Ricku Lairdovi, Billymu Cobhamovi, Janu Hammerovi a Jerrymu Goodmanovi se podařilo v časopise "All About Jazz" prosadit: "Pokud chcete někdy vyděsit hudebního nováčka, pusťte si stereo opravdu nahlas a pusťte titulní skladbu ("Birds of Fire") - zaručeně ho pošlete do háje."
