The new album of the legend of Czechoslovak popular music contains 12 new songs that Miro Žbirka recorded before his sudden departure at the end of last year. He entrusted the production of the album to his son David Žbirka, who brought a fresh wind and a modern musical coat to the whole album. That it was the right choice is proven by the first single from the album NEJSI SÁM, which was released in February 2022 and became a megahit on Czech and Slovak radio. In April, it even reigned as the most played song on Czech radio in April. The song also works great on streaming services, proving that even the youngest generation is interested in Meky's new work. Maky's songs will also be heard on a special tour to celebrate his 70th birthday - in London, Prague and Bratislava in autumn 22. The album LAST THINGS aspires to be one of the biggest bestsellers of 2022 - it will be released first as a deluxe digipack on CD and later as an LP.
