The eagerly awaited soundtrack to ANNETTE was unveiled at the opening of the 74th Cannes Film Festival on 6 July and was simultaneously released in French cinemas. It is a new film by director LEOS CARAXE, based on an original idea and music by SPARKS. Originally never released, the album by the lively duo of brothers Ron and Russell Mael became the musical film ANNETTE after meeting Leos Carax. Throughout their 50-year career, they have remained one of the most innovative and creative musical groups, so it was natural that their collaboration with the visionary French director would yield a work of all dimensions.
