Crime Of The Century je třetí album skupiny Supertramp, původně vydané v září 1974, které produkovali Ken Scott a Supertramp.

Bylo komerčním průlomem skupiny v USA i ve Spojeném království, k čemuž přispěl britský hit "Dreamer" a americký hit "Bloody Well Right". Ve Velké Británii se album dostalo do první desítky albového žebříčku a v USA, kde bylo v roce 1977 certifikováno jako zlaté, se dostalo do první čtyřicítky. V Kanadě se v žebříčcích udrželo přes dva roky a prodalo se ho přes milion kopií.

Album bylo chváleno kritikou, mimo jiné bylo zařazeno do žebříčku časopisu Rolling Stone "50 Greatest Prog Rock Albums of All Time". Crime of the Century se volně zabývá tématy osamělosti a duševní stability, ale nejedná se o koncepční album. Davies záměrně propojil úvodní skladbu "School" s "Bloody Well Right" veršem "So you think your schooling is phoney" a podle Hodgsona byl jakýkoli další styčný bod ponechán na posluchačově představivosti.

Crime Of The Century is the third album by Supertramp, originally released in September 1974 and produced by Ken Scott and Supertramp. It was the band's commercial breakthrough in both the US and UK, helped by the UK hit "Dreamer" and the US hit "Bloody Well Right". In the UK, the album reached the top ten of the album chart and in the US, where it went gold in 1977, it reached the top forty. In Canada, it stayed on the charts for over two years and sold over a million units. The album was met with favourable reviews from critics, including being included in Rolling Stone magazine's "50 Greatest Prog Rock Albums of All Time". Crime of the Century deals loosely with themes of loneliness and mental stability, but it is not a concept album. Davies deliberately linked the opening track "School" to "Bloody Well Right" with the line "So you think your schooling is phoney" and, according to Hodgson, any further points of contact were left to the listener's imagination.
