The Cistercian Abbey of Heiligenkreuz is located in the Vienna Woods, about 15 km southwest of Vienna. Heiligenkreuz Abbey is the most popular tourist destination in the Vienna area. The monks of this abbey have recorded a CD of their chants. Gregorian chant is a very old and well-established form of sung prayer.
