Skupina The Interrupters, která vznikla v roce 2011, se dala dohromady poté, co bývalá kapela bratrů Bivonových vystoupila s Aimee během turné v roce 2009. V roce 2014 vydala kapela svůj debut s vlastním názvem a brzy začala sdílet pódia s kapelami jako Rancid, Blink-182 nebo Bad Religion. Na podporu svého druhého alba Say It Out Loud absolvovali celosvětové turné, na kterém vystupovali jak na vlastních koncertech, tak jako předskokani Green Day v Evropě, Austrálii a Jižní Americe. Následovník alba Say It Out Loud, Fight the Good Fight, ukazuje, že The Interrupters předvádějí svůj silně melodický punkový zvuk inspirovaný dvěma notami s větší vitalitou než kdykoli předtím. Ve spolupráci s frontmanem skupiny Rancid a držitelem ceny Grammy Timem Armstrongem (který od té doby produkoval všechna jejich alba) a producentem Tomem Lordem-Algem, držitelem ceny Grammy, Aimee Interrupter a bratři Bivonové tuto syrovou energii usměrnili nahráváním téměř výhradně na pásek. Formed in 2011, The Interrupters got together after the former Bivon Brothers band performed with Aimee during a 2009 tour. The band released their self-titled debut in 2014 and soon began sharing stages with bands like Rancid, Blink-182 and Bad Religion. In support of their second album, Say It Out Loud, they toured worldwide, performing both their own shows and opening for Green Day in Europe, Australia and South America. The follow-up to Say It Out Loud, Fight the Good Fight, sees The Interrupters showcasing their heavily melodic, two-note inspired punk sound with more vitality than ever before. Working with Rancid frontman and Grammy Award-winning Tim Armstrong (who has produced all their albums since) and Grammy Award-winning producer Tom Lord-Alge, Aimee Interrupter and the Bivon brothers channeled that raw energy by recording almost exclusively to tape. With the success of the single "She's Kerosene" reaching #4 on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart, and with new music on the horizon and the upcoming Hella Mega Stadium Tour, The Interrupters continue their forward journey in 2021.
