Počítačová hra "Team Fortress" vyšla v roce 2007 a byla chválena a oceňována nejen pro svůj neobvyklý komiksový styl. Po deseti letech vydavatelství Ipecac konečně nahrává tuto neobvyklou herní hudbu na běžný zvukový nosič. Za orchestrem studia Valve stojí zvukový designér Mike Morasky, který pracuje na hře Team Fortress. Jeho skladby jsou pestrobarevnou směsicí, která připomíná vzory jako Ennio Morricone, hudbu ke klasickým kresleným seriálům, The Venture Brothers (aka J. G. Thirlwell) nebo soundtracky k filmům noir. Tato hudba ovšem skvěle funguje i sama o sobě.
